Volunteer Opportunites

Do you enjoy working with your hands? Do you have an eye for fashion and thrifty finds? We would love to have you volunteer at our Thrifty Boutique. Whether it's sorting donations, setting up displays, or helping to organize the store, this is a hands-on experience perfect for small and large groups. This is a flexible opportunity that can fit your group size and time requirement needs. Limited to store days and hours.

Are you a survivor of Domestic Violence? Do you want to make a meaningful change in the life of a woman who has faced Domestic Violence? Our Survivor Support Volunteers provide encouragement to the women in our program. We ask that our Survivor Support Volunteers commit to 2 hours a month for a 6 month period. Survivor Support Volunteers must have an interview with the Executive Director to be appropriately matched.

Do you have a special skill  or craft you enjoy educating others on? We would love to connect you to our families! Our families enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills and connect with people in our community. This is a flexible opportunity to volunteer and is an excellent way to get started! The average time commitment will be between 2-3 hours depending on your presentation. Presentations are subject to approval by Executive Director.

Our Community Outreach Volunteers will attend community events as House of Hope representatives. Volunteers will be asked to help operate our booth and help support staff in set-up, operations, and clean-up at events and fundraisers in our community. This is a flexible opportunity and volunteers will be contacted when events are available. The average time commitment will be between 2 and 4 hours.
